Shipping policy
Items will be shipped through either UPS or USPS. However, shipping times are not the same as processing times. Some items like dyed apparel can take up to 7 business days to process before shipping. Turnaround time is 5-7 business days on all products unless stated otherwise. Turnaround time does not include weekends, holidays, or vacation days.
We are not responsible for packages once they have been dropped off with the carrier. If you believe your package is lost, please contact the shipping company to file a claim. We will not refund, remake, or credit your account for any order lost by USPS.
Orders are sent to the shipping address entered at checkout. Please make sure the address you entered is correct and complete. We are not responsible for packages that are not delivered due to an incorrect shipping address. If returned, the buyer must repay shipping to have it shipped again.
Once you place an order, we cannot cancel orders, so please make sure you are 100% wanting your item before placing your order. If you need an item by a certain time, please email me at backroad29designs@gmail.com before placing your order to ensure we can create and deliver that item in your desired time frame.
